The breakfast was very good and they served it at the time you requested. The staff provided us iron, hairdryer, helped with bank note change. They let us make professional photos in the garden and also let us bring some frangipane tree cuts from their garden. Whatever we asked for they made it. There was a bath tub with full of flower and water. We got coconut for welcome drink. Really special place in Ubud. :)

The staff was very nice and professional (from the receptionists, the waiters, the room service people, and all the workers around the village). The place was clean and the cottage was cleaned daily and you could safely walk barefoot in the room and in the cafe. The room service was exceptional: every morning someone would bring coffee and tea very early in the morning and in the evening someone would come and open the mosquito net. That was sweet. The food at the cafe was amazing: healthy but yet very tasty.

Nice and very quiet place to stay in Ubud. Owners are very attentive, kind and friendly people. They were waiting for us to arrive, even though was vey late after 1 am and as well offered their service to bring us back to the airport after our stay at 4 am, as at this time is tricky to find any taxi. We loved our stay. Nothing to complain about.

I've searched a lot to come back for a beautiful jungle view hotel when I planned for Bali, and Villa Kalisat satisfied me in every way. Not only the view, the entering experience through village was lovely, food and drinks were amazing, room was beautiful, waterfall sound was a lovely lullaby, staffs were exceptionally customer oriented. You will get more than what you pay for!

This is a hidden gem within an authentic Balinese family compound. There are several family members living there and they have built additional rooms/bungalows for renting. My unit was a beautiful new suite with big bathroom, great shower. The sliding glass doors went to a small private patio area. There are many steps up to the restaurant and the family homes and their private temple. A few steps down the steep property takes you to a shopping street (no cars). Do the self guided rice terrace walk !!! Just go down all the steps and straight ahead. It’s a pleasant flat walk thru the field and exits on the Main Street. Only 10 minute walk to the Palace and 30 min walk to Monkey Forest.
